If a Canon scanner should fail, simply call 1-800-543-8681 for assistance.  If the problem can’t be resolved over the telephone, we will ship a refurbished, replacement Canon Document Scanner by overnight transportation in a      reusable, shipping container.  Put the broken scanner in the container and return it.  This is subject to limitations.
